I recently had occasion to read as posted on his blog, which I found well-articulated, about the competition in question and its project proposal. I limit myself to a few comments: it participated in, I can confirm the personal disappointment of the competition. I share the findings widely and his reflections on time but I find that it could expand to a large extent, to many competitions with this type, which I find the proper methodology and participatory (and certainly not cheap for a municipal authority for competitors), but that his objective has always had a limit in the identification of members of the Commission.
