And while Italy comes in Immature, film partly funny, partly nostalgic about a childhood past and never return, despite the dream that each of us has inside of staying young, to mend the school, etc., well in Spain, despite the economic crisis, a crisis which also pours course on culture and research, well at least in Spain trying to do just a little research.

I receive and gladly publish this letter in regard to contest in the subject and more generally about the competitions and the plight of Italian politics, which in fact is pouring even competitions.

Dear Colleague,
I recently had occasion to read as posted on his blog, which I found well-articulated, about the competition in question and its project proposal. I limit myself to a few comments: it participated in, I can confirm the personal disappointment of the competition. I share the findings widely and his reflections on time but I find that it could expand to a large extent, to many competitions with this type, which I find the proper methodology and participatory (and certainly not cheap for a municipal authority for competitors), but that his objective has always had a limit in the identification of members of the Commission. For example, I had the opportunity to highlight the fact that the Commission had no knowledge of local regulations governing strictly the use of certain materials in the areas and city centers (in fact the Commission has clearly failed to carry out this task). Another limitation lies in the scoring and identification of evaluation criteria (Another example is the questionable reliability of scoring bill of quantities other than the fact that the Commission then awarded a very questionable in its weights). These aspects are often crucial in order to identify the best proposals. The fact remains that the Administration is in possession of design solutions that, notwithstanding the decision more or less favorable than some colleagues may be reconsidered and continued interest and participation direct their own community (difficult task but surely these obligations, particularly in local) and that should duly use them appropriately.
